Guys with CP Racing flush headlight kit..
please post pics of your car with the headlight kit installed. Any other pics related would be greatly appreciated. I am seriously considering buying one of these kits and I want a little more insight. Thanks.

Why did you remove them?
Were you not pleased with their appearence?
Did they seem to be high quality?
Did you have problems with cpracing?
Would it be possible to partially dissassemble them and paint the black trim the same color as the body, I believe this would improve the appearence.

I really like the way they look, but it doest seem to match the front end of the car.
I think it would be a great accent to a car with a light body kit or front air dam, but on the stock car i think it looks out of place.
Ive been thinking of making a kit using a single 4x7 truck light that takes a h4 bulb. it would fit in there almost perfectly.

I personally really don't like the flush mounts at all. They just don't do it for me; I dunno.
I really think your car looks absolutely perfect the way it is, Adrenalife, but don't let me weigh on your decision; it's your car.

Not CP,but similar.Did this myself with a Mid Tenn Miata kit.
The stock headlights look fine with the stock body.Something about the bugeyes look just didnt jive with my redefined, widebody muscle look.

Sleeks look good on some modified cars, but I'm not a fan of them for stock-looking or nearly stock-looking cars...
I want to go sleepy-eye myself...
Chris from CP is working on a new kit, but they're busy at the shop right now with everyone bringing their cars in to prep fo spring...
If he doesn't do it soon, I might...

I tried the low-pro Brainstorm Miata kit before the Mid Tenn Miata flush kit I have now.Id love to know how anyone was able to make it fit AND function. The hinges, the mounting points, the opening levers, the distance to the hood surface........NOTHING matched up and I ended up chopping the kit just to mount it permanently in the "up" position for a month or two untill the crappy light output pissed me off and I went back to stock......
Come to think of it,Ive yet to ever see anyone actually operate theyre low-pro conversion. All the ones Ive seen were always shown up, but never down and never with any pics of how its was pulled off.Im not insinuating anything, just wondering, since its never been delved into as far as I know.......
