![Question](https://www.rx7club.com/images/icons/icon5.gif)
i'm curious if i'll need the front cross-member to get this mod to work... i found everything else i need, brake lines, a master cylinder, and the whole complete front and rear members.... i just have no idea if the trailing arms will fit into both of the subframes. anyone ever do this into the sa before? that would be especially helpful
thanks!
thanks!

What do you mean by trailing arm? Not sure if trailing arm means the same as control arm, but m-trix has the same part # for control arms 79-85

Plus the tension rod should mount the same.
As for the rear, I'm not sure...

You don't need the subframe or controll arms in the front. Only the strut assemblies (Strut, Spring, Struttop Bearing) which are also the spindles, the Rotors, Calipers with hangers, pads, and new brake lines or adapters, as the thread pitch is different from the SA and the FB on the brake lines.
In the rear, just take the complete axle assembly from disc to disc, including the calipers with hangers and the existing brake hardlines, lines to the calipers, and ebrake cables. You do not need the watts assembly, or the upper and lower links. Just unbolt them from the axle. You will need a new brake line or adapter between the body brake hardline and the axle brake hardlines as the thead pitch is different here too.
In the end, you will have a car that stops like a champ and you can have just about any wheel design you want for it. I did this to my SA this past spring and don't regret it. You won't either.
