WA GSL rear wiper wiring. Any ideas?

So I just swapped my hatch for a gsl hatch with wiper from highnitro12187, and need some input on how to wire it to work. I was going to run wire from it to the dash with a fuse and have a switch for it, but I'd like to have some speed settings on it. Anyone have any ideas?

Its not a track car, its a spirited daily driver. I'm not worried about an extra 8lbs. Same reason that I have a full size spare in the hatch. I want to see out my rear window, and I don't ever want to end up on the side of the road with no spare.

i believe that is kind of how Mazda did it, rear wiper only had one speed from the factory
