Thumbs down Grrrrrr..........

Looks like need to start saving for a TII engine so I can show my brother a First Gen with a rotary can be fast. My brother is fed up with his MX-6, and now he wants another FB. Now, he wants to drop a 350 in it. I know it will be HIS car, but I think that putting a 350 in a 7 is taking all the "uniqueness" of the 7. I find it okay to put a bigger piston engine in a car that was originally a piston powered car, but to put a piston engine in an originally rotary powered car is sacrilege. I am now starting to set aside money for my TII funds. IF YOU FEEL THE NEED TO HELP A BROTHER OUT, PM ME. I will beat my brother in a rotary powered 7! LAter.

Speaking of putting larger rotaries in 7s,
Anyone out there put a 20B in?
What did it cost?

Hey, I figure, why waste money on a TII if I could get a 20B?

Good luck with your TII fund =)

Oh, If you're collecting money for the TII you won't be doing the 20B =)

I havn't been able to find any real numbers.... but everyone says ~$15k

hehe

Edit:
Perhaps you could try a 3-rotor 12A or 13B?

Jesus, $15k? Hey, I think I have like all the parts needed to possibly to add an extra rotor on my motor. (Heh.) I'd have to get it all rebuilt, but, hey! I might be able to do it for under a few grand. Maybe, just maybe. I have like a complete 12A sitting in my shed along with a couple extra rotors, and stuff. Hmmm.......

Revolution Rotary has a good running 3 rotor for 6g. check out www.revolutionrotary.com

They are going out of business. They will sell the ECU with it too... I think it was a bit more...
