This is not good news. Do a compression test first, before buying a bunch of parts. The rear rotor has either stuck or toasted seals.

Also this is some very good advice from diabolical1:

"start with a complete tune up. it sounds generic and dumb, but you really need to know your starting point with these cars before you go tinkering with things that are not broken"

It sounds like you are expecting way too much for a 20+ year old car, no matter how good it looks. Chances are you are going to have to fix several things unless you paid a lot of money and got some guarantees, so expect trouble, don't get frustrated by it.

And if you would provide a bunch more useful information of this sort:

"but all the plugs and wires seem to be workin fine...when i test them for spark by puttin the end of the plug on metal there is spark but u can hardly see it.... is there such thing as not getting enough spark?????"

Then the guys and gals on this forum will fix it for you, all you need to do is run the tests, turn the wrench and be smart enough to understand what you are doing. Also, the search function and a shop manual are extremely useful, if you haven't discovered these yet.

If this sounds like too much work, then you might want to look around for a later model Civic, they are pretty much trouble free.

i think ill speak for shnakey by sayin nothing is easy and he is very comitted to spending endless hours working on this car and for him to turn himself over to a civic, id call him outt of his mind! haha his car is a GSL to answer your question, and im currently workin on a page with pictures and stats of both mine and his cars, ill post a thread when finished for everyone to check out

Ah, now we are getting somewhere. GSL, that's the best model, and shnakey is sounding like a real rotorhead, just needs to express himself more specifically. Although this isn't bad:

"its only running off the front rotor..not doing nothing in the rear...absolutly nothing...theres no power no compression wat so ever...and when yer sittin inside of the caR...the shaking is unreal...the shifter if shakin back and forth ...its shakes alotttT other then that thats the ballgame folksss

Let us know how that rear compression turns out and looking forward to the pictures.
