Hey, I found my problem...... I put some DOT 4 fluid in(only thing I could find) and blead the brakes..... The front were crappy before.... Bleed them, and it got hard about half way down.....


Well, I dont like the way mazda set the brake lines up in the back.... but anyways, I let my brother bleed the back.... well, the first 2 times, NOTHING came out... besides air.... The third, and fourth time, he said, some milky white **** came out.... So, I guess that is what brake fluid becomes, after it sits for 9 yrs.....

Well, now I have rock hard brakes, and no leaks......


Well, used to the tires would lock up in the front..... now they DONT, and the rear tires, get GRIP..... So, two down, and few to go.... I guess the belt dressing WORKED GOOOD, on the tires....

I hit the brakes, and I almost went out the window..... I was like DAMN!!!!! I wasnt expecting that.....

The clutch problem, was because, I would let off too softly..... then it would slip..... let off hard, and it is just fine.... So, there is one temporary fix...

Now, I am down to exhaust, which I really dont need, besides, I want to toss the emissions nest and airpump for simplicity......


Then I am gonna work on ALL the interior, to get it nice, and decrappyfie it


Then, work on get faster mods, since it is SOOOO SLOW..... (Like I said, I think my thermal reactor is fucked).........


So, I am happy..........


Any other suggestions, on what I should do to my car????

I am thinking about changing the tranny, cause third grinds, and the clutch sux, and the shifter has LOTS of play in it.... The one in my other car, is just fine..... Good clutch, no play in the shifter, and none of the gears grinded....

Andrew, living in Irving, where do you plan to run this car? Is it a track-only car? We have a serious shortage of those around here, too, in case you haven't noticed. I know you're still a ways off from actually having a license, but w/o an inspection sticker, you can't even register the car for tags or a license plate here in the Metroplex...

 

I know, it sux! I can get my liscense, well my hardship, so I can drive anywhere, as long as my mom is with me, or its a family emergency.... But I cant get it until I have tags, and plates, cant get that until I have insurance.... Then I can get it, and then get insurance off my moms name, and be legalized...... Then I can drive.....

She(mom) lets me drive just around here somtimes, but mostly on sunday when no one is around..... I live in the older/ business area side of town.... So there arent many cops that go down this street....... Also there is a dead end street in front of my house, that I can drive on.... No houses, just a business at the end, that doesnt mind..... So.... HELL YEAH!!!!

I had to get it goin so I can get my hardship........

 

oh, and about that track thing, they wont let you run with out a liscense so I cant drive it there, lol.....

 

Andrew... What he was referring to is the fact that you want to yank all the emissions stuff.. You won't be able to tag your car here until it passes an inspection (including emissions) If you can't tag your car, you can't get insurance. If you can't get insurance, you can't get a liscense...

It's all just one big ball o' f_ck..
