Good or bad muffler?

I was just up at Advance Auto parts here in town. They just started carrying import additions such as lighting, shifters, emblems, air intakes etc. I noticed that had that A1 or something branded stainless muffler. Its got a 2 1/4" inlet and a 4.5" outlet...the body is 5" deep oval by about 8-10" across.....is this any good? It's only $124.00 and I'd like the look alot better than my racing beat power pulse muffler. If it'll work and not be too loud or blow out I'll be selling my 1 year old power pulse muffler for $150 (payed $225.00). Anyone tell me what they think and I'll decide what to do.

Keep you RB muffler. The other will not take the heat and will burn out.

not only will the muffler burn out it will sound like a Honda just took a crap when you get on the gas.
I know , I made that mistake before I got my race beat muffler. It took about 4 months before mine burned out.

Yeah

I just want the look of the 4.5" tip....know any mufflers that will give me that and still last as long as the RB...the RB is a little too quiet for me too...it's loud on the highway (more of a droning loud) but I like that ripping sound of a loud import muffler in the town

I am pretty sure that HKS, Greddy, and Apexi make mufflers that can handle the exhaust from a rotary...

I'm with ya on that one.... LOUD IS GOOD!! Heh.... this coming from a guy whos car doesn't run..... DAMNIT!!! Well, before it died, it was loud, and sounded realy nice when I was on the gas. Not too nice when it idled though, it kinda sounded like a V8 with diahhrea during idle, but it was cool.

I was just asking a simple question.....you always go out of your way to be mean...thats not what I am asking for...the others on here were nice enough to explain the effects...so I'll get a Greddy or Apexi instead...124.00 was a nice price though.....and it is T304 aircraft grade stainless. Why don't you wake up on the right side of the bed tomorow morning and stop picking on me...I have done nothing to you....Jesus Christ.
