fuel problem's

do you know any thing about holley carb i have some mod done to my car like,moster street port ,J-bridge,holley carb 650, turbo. stage 3 racingclutch.and a MSD SCI box.when i take off hard and shift to 2 grear i wait to for about 2 sec befor i can take off.i know dont have a fuel pressor regulater can that be it ? thank you and can you have your friend's send me input @ importdynamix2004@yahoo.com

I would look into it being a pressure issue on the delivery system if you don't have an FPR or you may not even have correct pressure to begin with. i'm curious to what fuel pump you're running, it's possible the pump you are using may not be keeping up to the holleys flow requirements.

you car shouldint be running.... at least not ideling if you have a good fule pump... my aeromotive pump puts out 20+ psi... holley cargs want 6.5-7.5 psi and then add a turbo you need to have a raising rate FPR so fule can keep up with the turbo.....

so your saying you have a 1/2 j-bridge motor and monster street port? what was your reason for going with this set up over a full j-bridge? also if you do have the porting you say+turbo your carb is probley to small
