Not sure of the metric sizes, but the 12A supply line is near 5/16", the SE is near 7/16" The SE return line is the same size as the 12A supply line. You WILL need the larger lines for the TII swap. If you have an S3, the entire fuel pickup.return assembly is interchange able between the tank. I have pics of the differences in this thread.
Hmmm, can't seem to find the thread with the pics. I know that with the last major software upgrade, there were fewer total pages. Looks mine was deleted
The stock 12A lines will not support the gph needed for an FI swap. I'm running 3/8", both supply and return. If your; shooting for over 350 hp, I recommend a 1/2" supply and a 3/8" return. 3/8"" is as close as you can get to the stock FC supply line
You might want to consider modifying your tank to accept an S4 in tank fuel pickup/return assembly. You need to hack up the S4 tank for the Assembly mounting ring, (and a large surrounding area to cover the hole lest to insert the sump cup), the separate vent tube and ring, along with the sump cup. This mod can probably be accomplished on an S1-2 fuel tank, but I have only modded the S3s tanks so far. Nice thing about using the S4 unit, it comes with the fuel level sender and low fuel warning, and the ohm readings between the 2 are identical Only thing needed to do is compare the wire colors between the harnesses and splice in. The FC senders seem to longer lasing than the FB ones.
