Fuel door problem

You can peel back the panel on the inside of the car nearest the fuel door and there is a tab that will release it... Just feel around for a thin piece of metal that points towards the rear of the car. This is how it is on my '84...

Good luck finding the solinoid...
The one in my '85 went bad, the only one I could find was on a wreck in a salvage yard.
I was told they can't even be ordered from Japan any more
