I doubt he's gonna turn in the old ones to them, I'm pretty sure he's just buying new ones and putting them on. He explained to me that he has a price he pays and a list price which is higher, he doesn't charge me the list price just what he pays. So he said it would be $125 per side. Although rock auto is only $40 per side.

IMC does not sell new calipers for a RX7. This means he has to turn your old ones in for the core value or be charged for the cores. The $125.00 per side, does that include installation?
I know for a fact that he is only paying $25.00 to $30.00 per side exchange from IMC.

if I buy them from rockauto I pay for the core price, the actual price is $25 + $15 for the core so in total its $40 each. He said it's $125 each excluding labor.

Well I was explained about the list price and the price that he gets them for which is actually lower then the list price, so if you're saying that's the list price for them then I guess something's not right. Maybe he included labor? I'm pretty sure he told me the labor amount seperately. Even so.. if it does include the labor.. they shouldn't be $125 each.. since you said one side is $30 less then the other.. i'll have to find out whats up. Thanks for the info doc.

The A1 brand remans are available at many different places. They are what I used on my car. RockAuto, or any other store selling A1 reman parts all charge about the same price, around 25-30 per side with exchange.
$125 each is just a *tad* high, even with labor included.

Well after talking to him I guess theres a few other things i'm replacing thats included in the $125. Also, this includes the mounting brackets, and the ones I looked at on rockauto didn't. So I guess the amount i'm paying is worth it. I'll post later exactly everything thats gonna be in the $125. And no this still does not include labor.
