Will a 81-85 front fender fit on my 80?
its a significant price diff..
the 80 is like 270 without shipping
and the 81-85 is 140 without shipping
I planned on doing the work myself

PS: where's a good place to get patch panels, because the back left and right quarters are rusted through in the bottoms of the panels....near the tires?

 

for patch panels, i don't think anybody actually makes them, so you will either have to fabricate peices, or cut ones off another car

 

what about the 81 to 85 panels? why such a huge price difference? and Can I install them on to my 80?

 

The part by the front bumper is different

 

can I modify it? or will it be more work than its worth?
If I can modify it : 1. has it been done before?
and 2. Is there help I can go to as in a how-to or a tutorial?

 

did you try posting in the for sale section for the fenders?
someone must have some that they want to get rid of.
