its aluminum, so not much. Never weighed it before I tossed mine, but 10-15lbs tops.
Your blinker mounts are on it, so don't throw it away unless you plan on changing blinkers or making new mounts... For how light it is, its not worth it. Plus when you crash it, you won't have your plastic bumper sitting in your lap....
and the one in my sig is the best... But you gotta make your own!
