Flywheel stuck!!!
All day yesterday and today i was trying to get the flywheel off. i got a puller but the blots always stripped. i tryed hammering around it, heating it up and just pulling on it with my hands. i dont think there is something else holding it other the the 52mm bolt i took off. does anyone have a solutions to this?

Whatever method you use, leave the nut spun onto the end of the e-shaft by a few threads. This is a safety precaution to prevent the flywheel from springing off the end of the shaft and hitting someone when it finally lets go. The prying while hammering method works for me.

Is your mouth open or closed?
Also... When swinging the hammer... make sure that you let out a huge yell... like you see on WWF ...
Trust me... this makes a difference....
Dude- they are a bitch to get off... just keep beating it... Either a picture of Osama or an Ex-girlfriend works too... yelling names like...*****...bitch...skank... all these help the process.... The flywheel might not go anywhere...but it helps get out all the pent up anger that you have for your ex-girlfriend and...honestly...Osama!
Best of luck- Nothing else holding it on... just years of I dont know what holding it on!

I'm with ya on this one. My flywheel wouldn't budge and I did all the tricks listed here and more. What finally worked was I put the puller on as tight as I thought safe and then I heated the flywheel up a bit and soaked it with PB blaster. Then I left it for a day. When i came back I smacked it with a BFH and it was free.
