Unhappy Fire in the hole and goo in the oil!

started my7 this morning and as always in cold weather it starts to smoke. i looked under the car and saw flames running through exhaust system. also have noticed white goo and gas in the oil. whats it all about? its a '85 gs 12A. strange smell also and it uses a lot of coolant in the winter. any thoughts would be appreciated.

lots of smoke and coolant loss+ white goo..sounds like failed water jackets in the housings...not good news
gas in the oil isn't unusual..I get that to some extent in my SE..not bad news

the water jacket is the area around the combustion chamber that the coolant/h20 runs in order to cool the engine. Sometimes there can be a crack in the water jacket allowing coolant to pass into the combustion chamber, this requires rotor housing replacment. Which is actually really big money... (well for new ones)

white stuff in the oil is very bad. it means your coolent is leaking into your oil. it'll ruin your engine. you need a rebuilt engine buddy. their is no cheap fix for that
