FINALLY got the n1 on :)
well after a few weeks of BITCHING about a shop wanting 150$ to make a muffler pipe 2 feet long i did it myself...or with a friends help. anyway its 1/8 " piping and heavy as hell but good and thick. anyway... my 2 cents with the silancer tip thing in its about as loud as the stock setup i had... m.t. stage 5 header to bonez highflow then stock cat back. then when u yank out the silancer its a WHOLE NEW WORLD nice deep tone a little loud but not super loud... like the full stage 5 i had. ill post pics and video tomorrow if i get the time.

yea, mindtrain is still open, you can get it straight from them or from rotaryperformance.com. the stgage 5 is all cut like the stock size, but in 2.5 " so your stock cats will bolt right up or the bonez. and i had this header cat in both a 81 and 83. only thing id do to the header is get it coated... theres last for a while but 3 years now and im all metal. so i might get it (and the new n1 piping)ceramic coated....local place is CHEAP.
And b 4 the flames come its a non apex n1... im not droping 200$ on a muffler i might not like, buy i think i will now.... if it sounds like this 1

I had some guy at midas put my N1 on for $50 used 2.25'' pipe and bent a new pipe exactly like the ond one on there, only .25'' wider. Mine's also not a true Apexi N1, but its still complete stainless, straight through, will last long as hell if not forever and total cost was only $140.

Im trying to think about what exhaust im going to put on my 84. When you get the chance put up a pic. i don't know if to use greddy or do n1 or racing beat, but its for a turbo application and i think piping will be about 3" or close to it
