FI Conversion question...
I found a full set of FD intake manifold, throttle body, and injectors on ebay for fairly cheap.
Can I run it n/a? I absolutely LOVE the look of the FD upper intake manifold, and even though I'll be running n/a for now, it would seem like the only other mods would be to add a turbo and intercooler (and associated stuff).
I dunno... is it worth the trouble? Is it something I should bid on?
BTW, motor is a bridgeported 13B (built by MAZSPORT), with GSL-SE rotors, 3mm seals, and fairly new housings.
Lemme know.

you souldnt be adding it for the "looks" thats stupid.. But I'm not sure b/c with t2 LIM can bolt to the FD'sd ,bu they need to be port matched or you haev to buy a 300 dollar adapter kit. I havent seen some one do that on a NA 13 nor do I think it possible with out a bit of fab

The FD injectors, especially the secondaries, would be too big for an N/A engine.
Theres no reason you couldnt run it N/A provided you install and tune a Haltech or some other standalone ECU.Youll have to install a few other sensors on the engine, but it should work fine.
Although its not needed so much on a turbo engine, the FD and TII intake manifolds do have a little bit of dynamic tuning to the runners, which will help boost torque on an N/A engine. The non turbo 2nd gens went much furthur with this technology, with their aux. ports, longer intake runners and VDI valves(all rotary equivalents to VTEC)
