Had the same problem with my window, here is how i did it!
First, take the panel of the door, just undo the handle and the wind up, you`ll then be able to yank the panel of but be gentle) If the door hasnt been tampered with before, you should now see a plastic sheet. Undo this gently, its for leak prevention. You will need to attach this with silicone or some adhesive when you put it back on.
OK, you should now see a bare door, and the glass. The construction is simple. A wired "elevator" is attached to the bottom of the glass. The window is guided into a "track" or groove (bare with me, im norwegian ) First, check if the window is inside the groove, aka on track. If its not, undo the bolt that holds the track, gently slide it forward, and slide the window inside. Push the track back again and refit it. DO NOT thighten the screw to hard! It will most certainly f*** things up.
This is the most common error, however your window could need adjusting. There are to adjusting screws about in the center of the door. One controls the forward motion of the window, while the other controls up/down. Cant really give you the correct way to do it, you will just have to fiddle about until its back in business!
Good luck!

White lithium grease in the spray can. Lube the rollers, roller track and the gears. Makes a world of difference. If those parts look too gummed up, clean with brake cleaner, prior to relubing.
There is one screw holding the panel, bottom front, one screw in the door handle, one on the cup and 3-4 screws in the armrest. Take care popping off the panel so you don't tear out the clips.

On a related note: I have power windows, and on the passenger side the front part of the window doesn't roll up at the right speed, and sits lower than it should. Can I adjust the regulator or do I need a whole new one?
Sorry for the thread jack, but it looked like the question had been answered anyways.

i had the same problem. my front guide was the issue here. it would come down fine but then jump off the front track guide. i had to unscrew it drill a new hole and move the guide closer so it would not jump off. easy fix, just be sure to adjust the vertical lift screws to compensate for the new lift pattern. hope this helps, it did for me
