someone local is selling an rb header and what he calls mid pipe combo. He said it came in a fairly modified fb with a 12a. I say it looks like a presilencer..am i right? does it matter what year the header and presilencer is if it still comes from 12a? I am still asking what year rx its coming from I do know that it comes from a 12a. I have a 83' S.

Only difference in the 12a Fb presilencer is the location of the mounting support. Otherwise you can use whatever one you want.
