Reprints suck. I got the reprint from Mazdatrix and the pictures are all washed out and blurred over.
Someone should have turned down the darkness on the photocopy machine.

Thought I would post this to help clarify questions about manuals.
There is ONE printer place that prints ALL factory service manuals for MAZDA corp. All dealers buy direct from that printer place, or through some middle-man who buys from that same printer.
We buy all our factory manuals through the local Mazda dealer network -- they are all printed IN THE SAME PLACE.
The manuals for quite a few of the older RX7's look like CRAP!!! They look like a 20th generation copy, ALL done on the same really bad machine!! These are by year - meaning ALL ones for a given year will look bad.
It is NOT our fault, nor any dealers fault! We have done refunds for some customers who REFUSED to believe they would get the same quality one from ANY dealer in the country -- never heard back from them because I know they did not want to admit we told them the truth.
Anyway, as far as I am concerned, the fault lies with Mazda corp -- for not bothering to be sure at least reasonable quality re-prints are available.
I would also imagine that if enough people complained, they would probably STOP printing ANY of the older ones, rather than doing whatever is necessary to make better ones.
('79 manuals were NOT avialable for MANY years, then they showed up again, with very poor quality)

That's the account Mazdatrix Employees use to post here.
To Mazdatrix:
Wasn't complaining about anything related to Mazdatrix. Easy ordering, quick turn around, no hassles, no problems. Look foreward to ordering more stuff. When I find some money.
(You guys don't have lay away or payment plans do ya?)

I know the picture quality isn't you'r fault, its the fault of the printing company. Regardless, the text is still readable and contains much useful info.

I did not take anything said here as a complaint, I just wanted to pass the word around if possible.
I really do find it amazing that Mazda Corp has no concern about the quality of those manuals !!
Many years ago, after we gave up waiting for OVER A YEAR for '84 manuals (I think it was '84), we had some re-printed locally -- they looked GREAT - as good as the original, and HALF the price!! With all the fold-out wiring diagrams even.
Wish we could do that for all the lousy ones now, but there are serious copyright issues there.
