hi, i've searched on this subject but i couldn't find what i was looking for. does anyone know how many watts the factory amps are? and if they're worth hooking up to aftermarket speakers? and how would i do it?

No, not worth hooking up at all. Just rip them out, wire around it, or get a real amp.
