Expoded View of Oil Cooler?

Hi,
I am wondering if anybody has a diagram, or drawing of a the oil cooler. The style that mounts with the oil filter. Basically I am looking for how it mounts and where the gaskets are.

Thanks
Jeremy

I don't think there's an extended view that I've ever seen... but it mounts with two bolts to the block. 10mm IIRC, not that easy to get to, you have to do it by feel because you'll never be able to see them.

Then there's also one LARGE banjo bolt that goes in the rear to hold the oil hardline that goes to the front cover in place. That's nearly impossible to get to and I couldn't find a metric or standard sized wrench that fit it properly. I ended up taking the hardline oil tube off the front cover (and breaking it, stupid me) to get it all off.

No matter how you do it, pay special attention to that hard metal oil line. It's fragile and expensive/hard to replace. At the front there's a barb that screws into the front cover, then the hard line screws onto that piece. You have to hold the one closest to the front cover with a wrench and turn the second one, or else the whole assembly will turn and it will fold the metal tube down over itself.

Thanks, I got it all apart. It should o-rings right, not really hard plasticy things

15/16 seemed to work for the banjo bolt, though a little loose... don't have a 7/8 or a 24mm(i think).

oh' I ended up taking the cooler part off first though, some what unintentionally. There is 3 14mm nuts that hold it on, with that off it is much easier to get at the banjo bolt. Even though I broke the banjo bolt loose with the cooler on, much swearing was involved, so putting back together should go smoother.
