Engine building at its best!

You know I think that if we're ever going to see really big revolution on rotaries ... its all going to emit from Autraslian ... To be honest, when I looked at that thread .. just when you think they've topped it out, no, one more comes in with an even crazier idea, like you browse through these things and you just wounder how

On a second note ... I think I know why we're running out of parts ... the aussies have been using and abusing all of them ...

And american cars still insist that they need bigger engines to get more power ... kinda sad really, just taking my head in the "trash can" (lol have to be nice on this forum before getting flamed) but its funny how it seems like alot of american car just want to do that as when you compare it to europian or japanese motors its all about tuning to squeeze more and more power out of every little drop of fuel that goes in there.

I would actually really like to know which engine NA in the world produces the most power per liter of fuel in this world, I actually wouldn't be surprised if it were to be a 13B somewhere out there ...

LOL, I would still love to have Yenko Camaro. Maybe 72 Olds 442 or 65 mustang fastback? Hell, I will also be happy with a 65 GTO or 70 Cuda....

OOOps Sorry, I got carried away.....

Didn't Renault or Fiat have some tiny engine producing all kinds of crazy power?????

Renault 5 GT Turbo?
Fiat Abarth Division?

I think you have that backwards, I would say that australia is the rotary mecca. I don't see any PR doing all this crazy building. Especially not things like the 3+ rotor engines or crazy porting.

The PRs have had 3 rotors for awhile. Jesus "Kilo" Padilla ran a 3 rotor until he was banned in the Honda All motor 2.0 class years ago. There are a couple of 3 rotors in PR right now. Years ago Siguel ran 3 rotor with carbs.....

That is why at the last Jamboree PR vs Australia, The Winner and Runner up, both PR cars were 1st and 2nd. Steidel Racing set the new drag record over there.

Like I said Aussies, cool stuff. But the PRs made the import scene famous waaay back.
