Emissions
I have stripped plenty of 12a's down but i have never played with a GSL-SE. I have removed the smog pump, AC, Power steering Pump (broken). What all can i remove from the motor I.E. vacumm lines, solenoids. ETC...

Dude i have searched and searched and cannot find the answer, i do know the cold start assist stuff can go.
Since you removed the air pump you have to find a way to actuate your 5th and 6th ports, its not that hard but a little searching is involved.

Yes they can be wired open and i assume they could be removed, though i have never heard of anyone doing that before. I find most people either use the air pump to open them or use an rpm switch and set it up electronically.
I forgot to say you can also remove your air control valve on the lower intake manifold, replacing it with a block off plate and i believe (though i may be incorrect) but the solonoids in the rear, passenger side of the engine bay with vacuum lines attached to the air control valve (acv) can be removed also.
The s3 and s4 engines are very simular in most ways but the emission system is different in the s4 bacause of the change in emissions standards at the time.
