I still think its ignition related. Quite often ignition failures don't occur until the
system gets good and warm.
All the same, so far your just guessing. Get a hose and do what gsl-le
addict suggested and make sure you fuel pump is putting out the
correct volume of gas.
Looking at your plugs after it stalls out is almost useless. They will be fouled
and won't accurately tell you anything about their firing state at failure.
I would try using a timing light taped to my windshield and run it until
it has the failure, watching the light to see if its losing spark.

If I try looking at the timing, what am I looking for? A blip or skip in the firing based on the flashes of the light? And if so, I should do this for at least one trailing and one leading plug? Or am I looking for a fading light?
