Electrical help.
When I drive my seven for awhile, within a couple of hours it wont start. I have to charge the battery every fricken night, and push start my car after it has been turned on a couple of times. So far I got new coils, spark plugs, battery, and an alternator. after all of that, it still doesn't keep the charge. Any help?

Also, with everything off, disonnect the + battery cable and put an ammeter between the battery post and the cable. If you have any reading, something is drawing power. Then the fun would begin trying to find what's doing it!

there is a thread here about how weak the alternator on the 1st gen is check it out here. https://www.rx7club.com/1st-gen-archive-71/electrical-economical-alternator-upgrade-504723/. I had a problem when I added a stero. Having the heater going with the stero on and the headlights going my whimpy alternator would not charge the battery because it just wasnt putting out enough amps.
