Eibach Pro Kit: Safe to cut 1/2 a coil?

I want to lower the car even more than is performance wise necessary (because i'm half ricer).

Would cutting half a coil off the springs be ok?

Again, its an eibach pro kit.

Thanks

Geoff

dont...................
cutting a spring changes alot of things. the total spring geometry the metalergy itself. if you want to lower your car more do it right and get some coil over sleves or something dont do it half ***....

passion, that type has dead wound coils so you can cut them down to get the cornerweighting right, or in this case, ride height. As long as he doesnt cut the load part of the spring, he'll be fine.
