haha, I'll take your word for it...
Besides, I don't need one, my gas tank work perfectly for me, and I don't want dual exhaust any time soon...

RotorMotorDriver,
if the looks are that important to you the why don't U just attach some fake side pipes? You won't even burn you legs while you're getting out of the car! Not like you don't see artificial implants on cars or people these days.
This would sure save you a ton of work and wouldn't be as heavy. Then would have to figure a way to disguise the real tailpipe. Hummmm....mount it in the center under the bumper, the tip can be 2"X2" square, and you could call it a trailer hitch!!!!
Oh Man! A guy here at work just told me that the seats to his sandrail contain fuel tanks!!! I know it's open air, but that still sounds like a crazy idea. Next someone is going to tell me that Airliners carry jet fuel in their wings!

that's different than carrying jet fuel in the overhead compartments, isn't it?
And just because a home built, legal-for-offroad-only sandrail uses moulded fuel tanks for seats doesn't make it safe.

Just for the information, in SCCA, fuel cells must be seperated from the passenger compartment by a bulkhead. So, technically, all fuel cells are outside of the car...

what about side pipes, that would be cool.
My friend has a raced out crx, his car is the perfect example of a full street performance (not rice) civic.
No interior, racing seats, coilovers, etc
he asked me what kind of exhaust to fit the car, and the first thing that popped in my head was sidepipes.

Like I stated in a previous post. My friend's FireArrow had the fuel cell inside and his friend's Suzuki Swift had the fuel cell inside and neither of them were ever bothered by the cops except when they were curious about the car, hehe. That was in Michigan.

The reason i've asked about duel exhuast,is,,that puicture of that black 1st gen with the 5 lug 3rd gen
wheels has duel exhuast,,someone said that it has a 5.0
V8 so that would explain that ! ,,,the routing of the pipe
and muffler(s) there is not much room out back and under the car..
