Check em out. I was wondering if these would be decent for currently my stock 12A which at a later point will be street ported. I appreciate the opions and if they are worth bidding on i'd appreciate if no one else would, i'm seriously thinking of buying them.

Looks pretty good, I also wonder how they would do. My buddies been looking for a carb/intake combo, and most the ones he's found have been 4-500bucks. Wonder what this one will end up at.

i'd try to see how much CFM those guys flow? The fact they have been sitting might mean you'll need to take them apart and rebuild as well. I believe the weber DCOE are about 513cfm? for comparison

If you buy the carb i would suggest you buy the weber/dellorto book on amazon. i have a dellorto and it has helped me alot. its called how to build and power tune your weber and dellorto and cost like 25 bucks.

They will work quite good on a stock port.

If the person is not bothered about the carbs being progressive,i would suggest a set of 38 DGAS Webers.Their allso down draught, and both the chokes on each carb open at the same time.

yea this is a good stock or street port setup. i had them on my 83 l.e. with a street ported motor and it was GREAT... i loved the low end it was a major improvement over the dellorto 48 and even over stock

good carbs. definately get the book. I have the same carbs, see my web page for pics of my car that I'm building right now.

Just a stock motor for now, but going to a street port soon.

I'm not sure, Car and Driver did a review of a 83 or 84 a loooooong time ago, I have a xerox of it somewhere, I think it put the hp around 160. I could be wrong, I'll look for the article in my files.
