OK I think it was a combination of flooding and carbon build up. I used motor oil and she started up ok, but wouldn't idle. I also cranked the engine by hand in the wrong direction. That brought up a mix of fuel, oil, and what I'm hoping is carbon, not apex seal. But she reved up pretty easily once it was got above 2500 rpms. I'm goin to try adjusting the idle screw up a little and see if I can warm the thing up. Does a delay in the gas mean lean or rich? I'm not positive I think its rich? Thanks

Ok she's finally running well enought to drive. Now I have a new problem my headlights go up, but don't go down. I checked all of the fusible links and fuses in the fuse box any ideas? And I looked in the archives, that all that I found to check

If you are positive that your fusible links are good (by testing them) or replacing them with known good ones then check the switch inside of the vehicle.
