Does the 13b have Cold/Hot Start Assist?

Since we don't have chokes and have all the added FI doodads, are we missing the cold and hot start assists? I can't find them, don't quite know what they look like but I keep seeing them in the Hayes manual and reading about them and it looks similar to some of the things in my engine bay. =)

We have a manual cold start assist. When you first start the car you are supposed to depress the pedal all the way to the floor once to set the cam on the throttle body to fast idle. As it warms up the throttle returns to normal. For colder climates there was the cold start assist that injected anti freeze into the intake tract. But there is no need for a hot start on a Fuel injected engine therfore we do not have one.

So, as an SE owner, I don't have any extra starting assist equipment inside my engine bay other than what's in the throttle body which is pretty much built in to the unit.

Thanks!
