Disc break conversion kit?

Hey guys, I've got an 82 rx7. and im not a huge fan of drum brakes... I need to replace them soon cause they're starting to go, and rather than replace/keep the drums, id see if i could convert them to disc..
So if anyone has suggestions for kits, or if its a simple process i'd appreciate any help.. im not much of a mechanic.. yet... and brakes are something im extremely inexperienced with..

Thanks guys!

You never learn anything until you get your hands dirty. Check, double check and just for kicks, check again.
