Direct port or Plate?

So I am researching nitrous kits for my RX7 and was wondering which would be better, direct port or a plate on the holley setup. I know the plate will be simplier but would the direct port give me enough benefits.

The end plan will be working up to a 100-125 shot but starting out low at about 50. This is not just going to be a bolt on and go I am doing supporting mods too.

Just tap it in front of the primary runners and save your $$$ for other things.
