Dellorto from a 13B to a 12A..???

What do I have to do..???

I have a Racing Beat Dellorto that came off of a 2nd Gen 13B 6port and is now on a 85 12A.

It starts up and runs but is very boggy.... unresponsive... and won't hold a steady rpm...

I'm a carb retard so I need pictures and diagrams with little drawings hahaha...

you'll have to get a new idle emulsion tube. the one you have in it is too big. take off the plastic cover and see what you have. the tubes are kinda expensive but, can be had ordered from europe or maybe we can work out some sorts trade. check out my earlier post on the subject.

You have to change the idle jet holders accelator pump jets and the idle jets. I bought mine from dellorto and modifed them. Look at my thread I have the specs and pics documented. Let me know if you need any help. I love my dell.

Does anyone know where I can get the jets for a 12A from...?

Dellorto.com doesn't seem to be working...??

I'll post back if I find anything on my own also. Thanks.

tg farrell is right..i did a lot of research to see if the carb would work..i even contacted him several times..my car is living proof that i can be done..i would say the hardest part would be cutting out the gasket for the fuel diaphram and also making the new idle jet holders work..drilling holes the right way..contact me for more info..

also..i have also tried running with the 13b idle holder..and it still did run..just a little on the bog side..
