Chain your frame to a solid point on the deck to keep it from moving, put a jack under the straight part to keep it from moving, then put a chain hoist on the outside edge, and pull down... it helps if you have a torch to preheat the area.

also you are extrodinarily lucky, if it had been any normal, driver, you would be spending the next 5 years paying off your legal bills, if you gave her info, her husband/boyfriend/parents might still come and get you in court.

i suggest you don't do it yourself, but let a professional body shop handle it. why are u doing this in the 1st place since you are getting compensated for damages??
save yourself the hassle and time of handling such body work and just bring it to a shop

A determined scrounger could probably get a car nicer than yours with a blown or no motor for 100 bucks. Not easy, but definitely do-able. Then it is just transfer the best bits from your, take anything that is worthwile as a spare, and scrap your old shell.

agreed, I tried to straighten out the bumper mounts after I messed up my -SE, I (we) riped it off. I would agree with trying to find another shell, got mine for $150, and the motor actually ran with a little work-- ATF and two batteries later.
