Not necessarly, but odds are they come from the same supplier.

FC's use Koyo racks, Koyo is a big time steering gear supplier, so there is a chance that more than one car uses the same "off the shelf" system.

Mazda and Kia do have a busniess relationship, however it seems very unlikly that a rack made for a relativly new kia would have any mounting points in common with a "forgotten" car.
