Custom Gages

Anyone know a relatively enexpensive place to get some cool gages for an 84 GS??

Try spelling words right and you will get better results to related threads at the bottom of the page

No, but i have thought about it. I know a few guys on here have some nice looking gauges in there car; directfreak, steveTII (or whatever his name is)

here these are scotts gauges and his website it doesnt have the 1st gen on the site but if you contact him i will make them for you i just ordered a set from him a few months back so he is still making them just tell him what you want, he does true custom gauges just tell him what you want and he will make them the way you want black face white face reverse glow you name it he can do it.

edit: i stand corrected it does show gauges on the website for the FB i thought other wise bc i saw a picture a FD and i didnt read the years. so go and check them out.

how hard were the blue backlight glow gauges to put in ??? i've had mine in my glovebox for... a year and a half, never got my gauges out to do em.

not that hard at all you have to remove the black surround, i pulled the steering wheel out, then you unplug what you can from the back IE the speedo cable and the 3 wire connectors on the back, then you work the gauge cluster out, remove all the screws the is holding the clear plastic on the cluster, once you have access too the everything inside you pull the needles on the gauges , remove the tiny screws and then the gauges and put back together in reverse order simple as that. i guess i can do a better write up sense im i need to adjust my volt meter just give me some time.
