Critique my fuel/intake setup please.

So I am building my intake setup for when I finally get the BP 12a ready to drop in. I am pretty sure in my research my fuel setup is where it needs to be, but wanted to make sure before i blow something up.

Holley 650 with the secondary metering block conversion(Not sure on jetting yet feel free to suggest)

Racing Beat Holley intake manifold(ported locally)

Procomp 140 GPH 9 psi pump(had sitting in the basement) http://www.store.procompelectronics....oduct_id=37027

Procomp FPR set at 6 psi http://www.store.procompelectronics....oduct_id=37028

I am pretty sure the fuel pump is overkill but what about the rest of the setup? I am open for suggestions

looks good.... i personally prefer running a bypass regulator..... they tend to provide more consistent fuel pressure under varying engine loads.... especially if you're going to be doing any hard drag launches.

Sounds like you have a vac secondary holley. Much better off with a double pumper.

it is a double pumper wit ha mechanical secondary. It was just an old one with a secondary metering plate and not the block. Holley sells a kit to update it to have the secondary metering block without the power valve.

Definitely go with a bypass fpr and with that big of a pump, increase the fuel lines, supply and return to 3/8", otherwise the pump may die an early death.

It might be easier/cheaper to just get a smaller pump lol.

True, because the fuel pickup line in the tank is too small to unless it's an SE.
