Crazy weird carb problems.
My cousin just got a b2600 with a 12A out of an 83 RX7, all stock. HE says its running really rich, but he doesnt really know much aobut cars. so he gave it to me to see if I can fix it. The gas smelled like varnish, so I drained the tank, and went to get some new gas. After filling up, as I was pulling away from the pump, it started burbabling and then it stalled. so I rolled into a parking spot and tried to get it going again. Well, after wuite a bit of cranking to no avail, I popped the hood to disocver that my secondaries were OVERFLOWING with gas. as in gas spilling out of the barrels. So I let it drain down, took a long time, and tried it again, and the same thing happend, but not as bad because I didnt crank it as much. Do I have to rebuild the crab? what would cause this?

Banned. I got OWNED!!!
the return line could be restricted, but since this happened during fillup, it leads me to believe something in your vent system is clogged....this happened on a customers car ,,turned out it was this gas tank breather valve that went bad...its located above the rear axle...

Ya, well remember that this isnt an RX7, and to add to that its got full airbags, with a c-notched frame. So there isnt much above the rear axle. But there is a hose coming from the top of the tank, right next to the fill tube, that is plugged with a bolt. Could that be it?
