THanx all, i order one from Atlanta RX7 today $121 shipped to MD. just need to weld on mounting brackets as he said the old ones broke off. so i just have to find someone to weld Alum. Oh yeah he said it would be here Thursday. I hope so sucks to break it the day i bought it. actually i bought it tonight and broke it yesterday! well i guess i really bought when it broke huh? LOL
not looking forward to the install and removal. messy and hard to get to. trying to decide if i do it in my driveway with a jack and stands or try to load it on my trailer and take it to the military base i work at to their hobby shop and put it on the lift. if i start the car it starts pissing oil everywhere right away. so its make a mess and have a lift or just make a mess in my drive way taking it apart. hmmmm sound like i will try for the garage on base. have to put on new rotors as well.
just wanted to put that on here..LOL

Also use a new crush washer when installing the lines on the cooler, and what wacky said. Napa has the crush washer, I have the part number in my tool box if u need. No one else that I could find carries it other than Mazdatrix/ISC.
As someone else said without a doubt the Mazdatrix ss hoses at $100 are the way to go.

decided to go with a aftermarket cooler have it all installed but not leak chacked yet. i recieved the used cooler from Atlanta rx7 but would have to weld on new brackets, and the ones inmy car look broke on one side and not really good on the other. So i went with an aftermartket cooler. hope it works. Beside the original lines were shot too, the fittings count be turned i had to take off the long line and twist it off the cooler and then twist the cooler off the other line. so i said the hell with it and got this other cooler and rigged up dome other lines to the cut off end off the originals.

I also had time to fix my pwr windows today. going back tomorrow to take out old cooler and put rotors and brakes back on. then go get newer cooler welded right and put on car Tuesday. then should be ready for inspection I HOPE!
The washer goes between the lines and the block or the cooler fittings and the adaptor.

If your going to race your car then an oil temp gauge would be needed. For street use I wouldn't bother with it.
On the track with the stock oil cooler my temps were 200-220. With the Mazdacomp cooler I was back to 180.
