Coolant leak- GSL-SE

Has anyone had their coolant leak from here?
Looks like this broke off before I bought the car.
Any ideas to what it was? Maybe a drain?

The only thing at the bottom of the radiator is a temp sensor on the drivers side. Assuming you have that, this must have been a drain plug.

Thanks,
Yes, I do have the temp sensor on the driver side.
This pic was taken under the car and was too close to show the whole bottom with the temp sensor.
Thanks
