My rex has been up on jackstands for the past 4 months, trying to get it ready for AutoX season. pulled off the stock exhaust manifold to put on RB header, and it had coolant in it. hooked up the battery and turned the engine over without spark, and it cranked fine, and spit a few drops out the exhaust ports. Car ran fine before, so I'm thinking it's just an O-ring going bad. my question is, how long can i run on this engine? i have a spare 12a but really didn't want to swap it before the first race. So will the engine continue to run, or is it a lost cause?
Thanks guys, this board has been my most useful tool.

well it gets worse over time, but as long as you have your coolant level checked every so often and add some coolant, it should be fine. If it gets too bad, your car starts smoking white.

It's really an easy fix. Just pop off the intake manifold/carb, there are 2 orings in there. Just replace them and the intake gasket and your done. It's too easy and cheap to let it go.
just my opinion, I could be wrong,
