Color help...

Looking for opinions on a color for my car. Sadly I have only narrowed it down to 4 colors. I am picking up a CF hood and some Gunmetal colored wheels... I already have a CF rear spoiler and will also be finishing it off with a 240sx front end.

Lava Orange

Strato Blue

Laser Blue

Midnight Blue Mica

I was origionally leaning towards the Midnight blue mica but wanted some opinions.

I like all 4, with the Strato being last. I hope you have gray or black interior, otherwise none of them work.

Laser Blue is my number one since that Lava Orange is probably priced way up there...

I used to have a daily driver with a deep red which turned out to be a tripple coat, so basically it cost twice as much to repair every time some kid's bike, shopping cart (twice) or rear ender got me.

And it also hurts twice as much when you find paint damage and you just know that when you drive it evryone sees the damage too...

I have seen pics of tender blues with both the maroon and brown interior. The tender blue is one of the 2 best S3 colors, I would keep it.

Sorry dude the wing was a gift from my wife... It will be adjusted ever so slightly to make it fit the car a bit better but I'm rather partial to it.

Tro the reason I was going for the midnight blue mica is because it is slightly darker and I think it would look hot in that with the CF and the Gunmetal wheels.

partial or not I don't think I've seen one on an rx-7 that actually looks like it belongs to the car...you want your car to flow front to back...wing might looks alittle weird as it looks like it sits really high...

the man is keeping the wing, let's all accept that. Lets see pics when you're all done too, I'm interested to see if you can make that wing fit the FB style. Anyways I vote Strato blue, just to chill the whole look of the car out. If you had that lava orange or lazer blue with all that CF and a new front fascia I think it would all be too much to handle. Plus the darker blue will blend better with the CF. my 2 cents.

You're going to put a 240sx front end on your FB?

I thought the front end would work well with the lines of the 7... I have yet to decide on a rear end but the fenders will be widened out a bit more and I have to have the rear hubs redrilled to 5x114.5 to match the upgraded front end. I have a second gen rack and all the brakes for the upgrade.

I think the lava is the **** but wasn't sure how much attention I tould be drawing.

It seems orange is the color of choice... I was leaning in that direction after seeing it and finally the wife agrees as well. It will be a bit but I will definitely post pics.

Not sure what happened to the pic of the bumper cover, but someone had mentioned that the orange would be pricey and they were/are correct. Not that that is going to turn me away but the price for the paint with the mica fleck and pearl added to the clear coat is quoted at $1200 for the Primer/paint/clear and pearl to add to the clear. That price does not include prep and spraying...

Oh yeah and the price for the front end is $335 before shipping.
