Cartech/BAE 12a drawthrough turbo install instructions
It has been requested so many times for me to post this, it should be archived!!!
Anyways, these are the install instructions for the Cartech/BAE 12a turbo kits.
A reference pic for a Cartech/BAE turbo kit follows the instructions.

That part I don't remember. They are all different sizes. Maybe you can post a copy of the install instructions that were included with the turbo kit I sold ya. They are a bit different as they have parts list and pics.

Thats for atmosphere pressure. Just allows the "boosted" side of waste gate to function without creating a pressurized/vacuum camber on the other side. You don't need to connect it to anything. Just run the hose somewhere where it won't get dust, water, etc...into it. I.E...through fire wall port.
It does have another function that is a little more advanced. You can apply boost pressure to it and in cooperation with a boost controller, you can keep the waste gate from opening too early or creeping open.
Ex: Turbo boost pressure wanted is 9lbs.
Use 9lb spring in wastegate.
You would apply 6lbs of psi to top port on waste gate using boost control.
Applying 6lbs of boost will ensure waste gate stays in the closed position, but
wont over-pressurize it to keep it from functioning properly.

I think that has something to do with removing the oil pressure sender and installing an adapter block for connecting the sender AND turbo oil feed. You don't need to worry about that part since I setup the kit using the RB oil pedestal adapter to supply the turbo with oil.

These are from when it was nearly finished. Finished ones are on my phone. I'll get those up later.
The wastegate on the cowling is the one that came with kit but was unusable a the last owner welded the flanges.

Below is a link to another forum where they've listed a solution to view old Photobucket images. It worked for me!
