Carburator interchage 80 to 85, etc

What year carbs will interchange on the 12a motors? I have two rx7's one is an 80, the other an 85.

The 80 has a carb that is garbage, i attemtped a rebuild, but many of the jets, and small brass screw in doohickys were seazied in the float bowl.

I only get fuel out one half of the carb, and have been looking for a replacement carb. I dont really know much about the rx7 so i should be considered a noob...

Any help on interchangable years of carbs would be great.

If you don't need to worry about emissions, they all interchange. In my sig line is a link to the online FSMs and carb manual.

Welcome to the forum and the Darkside.

You're welcome. I'm 120 miles south of you on I-29 and also rebuild carbs if you get stuck.
