Which Mallory pump are running and which fpr? Running a return line? The Mallory Comp 140 I first installed on the bp lasted less than 3k miles before it started leaking from the body of the pump. After several attempts to rebuild it, along with the kits, I switched to a Holley 110 Blue.

One odd leak I found on mine was in the hardline that mounts between the tank and pump that bolts to the backside of the bin. Had a pinhole leak that took forever to find.
