Sounds like a vacuum leak. Is there a weird honking noise when you let off the gas? Remove this hose and check it. https://www.rx7club.com/1st-generation-specific-1979-1985-18/hose-question-750125/

Well I Know When I Turn The Car Off There Is A Hissing Sound That Last About 5 Seconds After I Turn Car Off,and The Hissing Sounds Like Its Coming Out Of Brake Booster Is That Normal?

No, the booster should hold vacuum for a couple minutes, do your brakes work good or is the pedal stiff? If they're stiff then the diaphragm in the booster has a hole in it causing a big vacuum leak. It could just be the check valve leaking the vacuum back into the line, which wouldnt cause a leak, but if you're car stalled on the highway you'd have no power brakes, or in a turbo car like mine I had no brakes after boosting since this valve was bad, so I just put a PCV valve in the line.

definitely sounds like a small vacuum leak, break out the wd40/carb cleaner and start spraying.
