Can I use 80-82 rotors with the counterweight and flywheel of a 83-85 motor

no, i went the other way, 81-82 Cw's with 83-85 rotors, and they ADDED a bunch of weight to the CW's.

i sent mine to AZ rotary rockets, glen says it goes to 11(,000rpm!)
