A/C Questions
I have an '84 GSL-SE that needs a new A/C compressor. I have verified it is the Nippondenso 10P13E.
While pricing them, I can get a remanufactured one for $281.99. THEN I noticed that a Nippondenso 10P13E for an '84 Honda Accord is $248.88 at the same store.
My questions are:
1. If they are BOTH listed as Nippondenso 10P13E, would both bolt into my car? I ask b/c the interchange #'s are different for Car Care Parts, Four Seasons, Everco, and VCCS between the 2 compressors. I am thinking that although they are both Nippondenso 10P13E, the mounting points may be different (?)
2. I know for example, when you replace your clutch master cylinder, you do the slave as well. Since I am am changing the compressor, should I also be doing the condensor, drier, lines, etc?
Thanks in advance for any assistance / knowledge you provide

i just did some research and no the mounting bolts are not the same. i dont think you should change the other things unless they are broken. look at them and determine if they are good or not.
