FUEL PUMP
METHINOL INJSCTION SYSTEM ( IF YOU WANNA RUN IT) THERE WILL BE A HOOK UP FOR IT.
AND THE OIL INLET AND RETURN LINES.

sorry about the caps lock
the kit will be free all you pay is shipping !!!!!!! note only 3 out of 5 total.
they are prototypes! im sending them out like this just to see what people think of it. and i would like to know what kinda combos people can make like the turbos and the fuel and the intercooler's.
if it works on my car and my buddys and we get conframation from others on this site that it does work... then i will ship them out to the first 3 people who reserved one.
NOTE: 3 KITS INCLUDES: TURBO MANIFOLD, CARB HAT.
100% CNC MILLED AND ROBOTIC WELDING.

SNAG
does anyone know if there is a certin resistance the exaust has to have??? i am unsure i have head diffrent things from other people.
ALSO
i could make a non intercooled carb hat if someone wants one. that doesnt take much time to make.
hey a little about me guys im straight forward on this, i made a turbo kit on my 83 camaro befor i became a rotary guy.. im sure of my skills. i just gotta work the dynamics out so any bit of info you can supply will help a ton
CFMs i got worked out. the exaust thing im waiting on from mazda usa.
basicly i need the engines resistance notes from the factory. the ones that have all the grades of steel and aluminium they used in the engine after that its all simple math cutting and welding.

Well I am interested in getting one right now for my friends car we have most of the pieces already to do the 12at swap except the flange to adapt to the turbo manifold & intercooler piping. So do you have a ruff time frame. Because we were looking to get everything done in the next couple of weeks.
Also will there be different manifolds for which turbo you use. For example to cover the difference between the s4 turbo's and the s5 turbo's?

Okay, a few quick pointers
1. Don't write all in caps, it's the equivalent of screaming at the top of your lungs
2. There are vendor rules on the board, if you are not an authorized vendor you must get permission to start "taking orders" for kits you haven't built yet. Especially true when you've only got a handful of posts and we don't know you yet.
To start promoting a product before you have done *any* research is quite silly (ie: your question on exhaust resistance. Rotaries like as little to no resistance as possible. So don't worry about backpressure).
PM me and we can discuss this before you go further. Perhaps you should finish your build of your own Rx7 before you start selling what you've built to others.

I just wanted to clarify:
I would love to invite Man in black to create a thread about his project, share his ideas, his progress, ask for advice etc...
But as for the sale of these kits, and the "place your orders now", I would rather not see any orders being taken on a kit that isn't existing yet, whose creator hasn't figured out all the details on yet.
Our official vendor policy for those who are curious, is available in the forum rules:
https://www.rx7club.com/faq.php?faq=...endor_faq_item
Of course, in the 1st Gen section we don't have as many vendors offering specialty items catering to our generation as, say, the 3rd gen section does. For this reason, home made and one-off "kits" (like the Transistor Trick kit for example) can be allowed to proceed with permission from the moderators.
In any case, there's never any harm in documenting the buildup of a "kit" project, asking for advice, getting feedback, posting results etc... Once people see the kit come together and you're ready to try and sell a few to help out the members of the forum, permission is a PM away. Assuming you're not stepping into the vendorspace of one of our paying vendors (ie: you're offering something that none of our paying vendors can) then we will consider it.
Also, this is under the assumption that you're a backyard mechanic (not a business) who is selling these to help out the forum, not to make a profit. If you're a business or reseller, bite the bullet and pay for vendor rights.
